If your bite and dental occlusion is acceptable then it may be possible to lengthen the lower jaw and chin just by chin surgery, called a genioplasty.

A genioplasty can be performed on its own or as part of single or double jaw surgery

A genioplasty is far superior to chin implants. Chin implants are usually the wrong treatment for small chins and are much less effective than a genioplasty in terms of cosmetics and long term stability.
